OK, Just got turned on to one of the best sandwich shops in Asheville, and even better every sandwich can be had gluten free. Also, ton’s of vegan stuff. Local ingredients. Spinach. Mmmmmmmm.
Sometimes there’s just a restaurant so new and so good it needs to be on the blog. Going to check out the Cuban special next time.
